Upper Crust Hospitality provides high-end foods and specialty items that keep manpower content in the work place. Upper Crust is capable of management and operations for hundreds or thousands of residents. We provide an excellent accommodation experience at every use. Accommodation units are designed for mobility or semipermanent use. A bungalow unit provides the customer with a larger living space and a sound barrier building envelope complete with silent in floor heating and cooling. Use of leading edge GREEN technologies throughout the living space are designed to replicate higher end hotel style accommodation providing a sleek and attractive architectural building profile.

Discovery Building Systems provides physical structure products ranging from completed mobile bungalow structures, ready to move homes (RTM), modular homes, site built construction as well as distribution and installation of earth heat components (Geothermal) in conjunction with structural insulated panel systems (SIPS). These systems are complimented with engineering support and modern technology strategy to provide a superior product when compared to present methods of building construction. The current builders of standard accommodation products seem to be providing a satisfactory experience for their clients however we believe they cannot match our construction and overall product quality. All our buildings are technically designed for a GREEN accommodation experience fit for the Queen as well as the environment.
