Major Resource Planning Inc. (MRP), along with its subsidiary companies, Upper Crust Hospitality Services Inc. (UCHS) and Discovery Building Systems Inc. (DBS) was incepted in March of 2006 as a team focused on the needs of a number of various Petroleum Industry Clients.

Our services are focused on remote camp catering and housekeeping, as well as building and suite accommodation sales and rental, for oilfield, construction, mining and exploration industries. Upper Crust Hospitality Services Inc. is a subsidiary company held by MRP and is based in Sherwood Park, Alberta. We would appreciate the opportunity to provide service proposals for any projects in Western Canada. Our trained people have operated sites from the North West Territories to the Caribbean.

MRP manages the manufacture and installation of modular and ready to move (RTM) housing as well as providing on-site building construction projects. Discovery Building Systems Inc. is the MRP subsidiary company that provides physical structures to MRP and is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Discovery team is experienced in providing turn key building construction projects to industry. Our team of design and construction professionals will work with you to provide successful building construction solutions and accommodation camp solutions in a timely manner. We utilize fiscally responsible GREEN building concepts for all our construction projects. These technologies boast not only the concept Environment Conservation by reducing water, power, and gas consumption they also reduce the environment "footprint" and operational costs. Our systems are designed with land reclamation in mind at the conclusion of the project.

MRP is therefore capable of providing delivery of environmental sustainable or GREEN living spaces. Our complete living quarters modular building system provides a community look and feel. The materials and technology utilized in the manufacture of MRP structures was designed with energy consumption and sound pollution in mind. Our modular building system can be scaled to house hundreds or thousands of clients dependant only on adequate lead times for ensuring timely supply.
